If you make a dinner reservation and do not attend, you will be charged for dinner. You need to cancel 3 days prior to the meeting to avoid being charged. The chapter is charged for no shows. This applies to all.

• 4:30pm to 5:30pm ‚ Board Meeting
• 5:30pm to 6:00pm ‚ Cocktails
• 6:00pm to 7:00pm - Dinner
• 7:00pm to 8:00pm - Program
